JOB Description- Team Leader (Loading & Preparation)

Summary: This position in to work with Outbound logistics team to handle and assist the dispatch activity by supervising loading & document handling.

1. Coordinate with Logistics / Dispatch team and serve as a point of contact for drivers , loading in charge to ensure the preparation for error free documentation and as per the established procedure in ERP/Excel.

2. To ensure the scheduled Finished products are prepared , verified , Labeled , palletized and loaded safely to execute on time dispatch without any delays or damages for accuracy.

3. Verify the finished goods register and dispatch records are accurate and up to date and highlight the discrepancy to the concerned team and action it appropriately.

4.Ensure every document is duly authorized for qty & quality confirmation by Loading In charge and the manager for the document accuracy.

5. Follow up with the transporter/ driver and project team to secure100 % proof of delivery and file them for better traceability.

6. Ensure production delivery notes / handover notes and FG receipts documents are signed with time stamp by packing team / production & quality signature for authorization to execute the delivery.

7. Ensure , every document is maintained , Secured & filed including DO , Handover/ Production delivery Note , gate pass filing.

8. Ensure batch and product traceability metrics are recorded against every receipts including Handover notes , DO , Barcode /Sticker preparation , Consumable tracking etc.

9. Ensure dispatched items match with DO & Gatepass with packing list and maintain the records of all outbound transactions.

10. Maintain accurate dispatch & driver logs , delivery records and other documentation115 years experience in Warehousing , Invoicing , loading and dispatch activity.
