Job Summary

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales team to drive property sales and achieve revenue goals. You’ll develop strategic sales initiatives, track team performance, and foster strong client relationships in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to deliver sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive sales of off-plan and secondary market properties.
  • Set individual and team KPIs, track results, and report on performance.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to hit targets and grow skills.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes (e.g., RERA).
  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai property market trends and segments.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and leadership-oriented.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
