Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants
• Drive sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved
• Recruit, train, and develop agents
• Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing coaching
• Support negotiations and help close high-value deals
• Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience
• Previous experience as a Team Lead
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to coach and manage a successful sales team
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
