Team Leader — Sales & Operations | Datastraw Technologies

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Hybrid: 5 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (rotational shift)
Compensation: ₹25,000–₹27,000 fixed per month + performance incentives

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first Team Leader to manage multiple sales and support processes across clients. You’ll be leading a team of 20+ members across 5–6 processes, ensuring daily targets are met, motivation stays high, and quality remains consistent. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves coaching teams, and takes pride in seeing people and processes grow under their leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of 20+ sales and support executives across multiple client processes.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets — analyze team performance, identify top performers and areas for improvement.
  • Drive accountability while maintaining a positive, growth-oriented culture.
  • Manage all client-related communication, including performance reviews, updates, and escalations.
  • Handle attrition management, training, and upskilling for both new and existing team members.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and team grievances with empathy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all processes are running smoothly and in line with client KPIs and expectations.

Who You Are

  • A strong people manager who can lead with empathy and clarity.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing sales, customer success, or operations teams (BPO/Startup experience preferred).
  • Data-driven and proactive — you love analyzing performance and making improvements.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 6-day workweek.
