Key Responsibilities & KPIs

1. New Center Expansion – Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for new center launches, ensuring timely hiring of all required roles.
  • Coordinate with HODs and management to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, and close positions efficiently.
  • Ensure all hiring is completed within defined timelines to support smooth center openings.

KPIs:

  • Hiring completion timelines
  • New center launch readiness
  • Offer-to-joining ratio

2. Existing Center Hiring

  • Manage recruitment for existing centers to fulfill ongoing manpower needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify vacancies and role requirements.
  • Execute recruitment strategies to minimize attrition and maintain workforce stability.
  • Handle end-to-end candidate communication and coordination.

KPIs:

  • Time-to-fill
  • Vacancy closure rate
  • Attrition replacement efficiency

3. Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring targets for new and existing centers.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance support to recruiters.
  • Set individual KPIs and monitor recruiter performance.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and engaging team environment.

  • Recruiter productivity

  • Target achievement percentage

4. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Collaborate with HR, HODs, and management to align recruitment with business goals.
  • Share regular recruitment status updates with stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve recruitment challenges or bottlenecks proactively.
  • Gather post-hiring feedback to improve recruitment effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Recruitment turnaround resolution
  • Feedback implementation rate

5. Recruitment Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current recruitment processes and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
  • Track market trends and competitor practices to adopt best-in-class hiring methods.
  • Ensure continuous process optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Time-to-hire reduction
  • Candidate quality index

6. Manpower Cost Management

  • Manage recruitment budgets for new and existing centers.
  • Monitor and control recruitment expenses including agency fees and job postings.
  • Implement cost-optimization initiatives to reduce dependency on external agencies.
  • Track manpower costs against approved budgets with HR.

  • Cost-per-hire
  • Budget adherence
  • Agency cost reduction

7. MIS & Recruitment Analytics

  • Prepare MIS reports covering time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and candidate quality.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports to management.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance in reporting.

  • MIS accuracy
  • Reporting timeliness
  • Actionable insights generated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
