JOB TITLE: Team Leader RTG

JOB LOCATION: Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Team leader RTG, you will be responsible for the planning and safe execution of all kinds of maintenance activities, including preventive, condition monitoring, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

• Execute efficient maintenance of equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance through MAXIMO.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), issue work permits, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate equipment availability with Operations and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, job sheets, equipment availability reports, and inventory needs.
• Oversee contractor activities and verify work completion.
• Review the maintenance schedule generated by MAXIMO, plan weekly maintenance activities, and assign jobs accordingly
• Supervise and carry out planned, breakdown, and unscheduled maintenance in an organized manner to minimize breakdown losses.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department regarding equipment availability.
• Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and enforce discipline and compliance.
• Act as a DP World ambassador by upholding company values, safety culture, and conduct standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• BE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution; PEC membership required.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in maintaining heavy equipment, cranes, RTGs, and automotive systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and health & safety compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and IBM Maximo; strong technical troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently or within a team.
