Description

The Head of Donor Services leads TCF’s global donor servicing and stewardship operations, ensuring a consistent, transparent, and meaningful experience for donors across TCF Pakistan and its Country Partners (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Europe). This role ensures accuracy and timeliness of acknowledgments and impact reports, strengthens data integrity, and drives donor satisfaction and renewal through exceptional service and relationship management.

  • Oversee donor servicing across all portfolios — Build, School Support, Scholarships, and Endowments — ensuring a seamless and meaningful donor experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of all donor communications, acknowledgments, and impact reports.
  • Proactively manage and resolve donor queries, maintaining high satisfaction and renewal readiness.
  • Lead and optimize servicing processes on Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, standardized workflows, and effective traceability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm school builds, student allocations, and fund utilization in line with donor commitments.
  • Drive cross-functional governance forums (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) to ensure timely completion of construction and operational milestones that feed into donor reporting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with audit, governance, and data-protection frameworks (including GDPR and internal documentation protocols)
  • Maintain and enhance Donor Servicing Dashboards, tracking productivity, turnaround time, backlog status, and delivery accuracy.
  • Lead data reconciliation with Finance and Global Country Partners to ensure alignment on funds received, allocated, and reported
  • Ensure timely banking and routing of funds from Country Partners to TCF Pakistan, aligned with financial and regulatory requirements.

Education

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Communications, or related field

Experience

10–12 years of experience in donor relations, client servicing, or fundraising operations
