Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals and provide strategic recommendations to help them achieve success.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and support business development efforts.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and provide quick, effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align client strategies and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle clients with professionalism.
  • Experience in managing international clients will be a plus.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Timings: Monday to Friday (6PM to 2:30 AM)

Job Type: Full-time
