Team Leader - Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and guide the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automobile products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations departments for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain dealership standards.
• Train and mentor new sales executives to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in the automobile industry, preferably in sales or customer handling roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
