Team Leader - Sales (Real Estate)

Position: Team Leader – Real Estate

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan, secondary market, rental, and sales, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Handle client inquiries and close successful transactions.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Stay updated on real estate projects, pricing, and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality.
• Oversee daily sales activities and departmental performance.
• Organize broker tours and developer presentations.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Conduct effective negotiations and maintain CRM reports accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE property market, laws, and regulations.
• Proven record of team leadership and successful deal closures in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Must have experience specifically in real estate – other industry experience will not be considered.
