Job Description: Team Leader – Healthcare Operations/Logistics

Location: Thane – Watch Your Health
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (9 hours)
Work Schedule: 1st & 2nd Saturday – Half Day | Sundays Off
Transport: Pick-up & Drop facility from Thane Station
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Healthcare Operations with a strong background in healthcare service delivery and logistics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in team management, sales or client-facing operations, healthcare logistics coordination, and performance monitoring. Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10-20 healthcare/logistics professionals to meet performance and operational targets.
  • Oversee daily team activities, productivity, quality checks, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance improvement guidance.
  • Manage escalations related to healthcare services, logistics coordination, and product or system issues.
  • Ensure team members have thorough product knowledge and updated process understanding.
  • Collaborate with internal management teams to support client requirements and business goals.
  • Conduct training for new hires on processes, healthcare protocols, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to drive operational efficiency.
  • Fulfil monthly recruitment target to support team and business continuity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (Healthcare, Management, or related fields preferred).
  • 3-5 years of overall experience, including 2–3 years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role.
  • Mandatory experience in the Healthcare, Health-Tech, and Healthcare Logistics domain.
  • Proven capability to manage teams of minimum 5–6 members.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, logistics coordination, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
