Team Leader, Warehouse

Supervise daily warehouse operations for both explosive and non-explosive materials.

Ensure all materials are received, stored, and issued efficiently in compliance with company procedures.

Maintain storage within approved explosive limits and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.

Oversee import and export shipments, ensuring timely coordination and zero demurrage or storage costs.

Manage documentation for goods movement, ensuring accuracy in ERP records and inventory tracking.

Coordinate with logistics and internal departments for smooth material handling and dispatch.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, facility conditions, and compliance with Civil Defence and MoD requirements.

Support HSE initiatives by ensuring proper use of PPE, adherence to safety systems, and emergency preparedness.

Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Prepare and monitor warehouse and logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Supervise maintenance, license renewals, and ensure operational readiness of all warehouse facilities.
