Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our team! In this role, you’ll be leading a team of call center agents, ensuring they deliver top-notch customer service and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and motivate your team to hit their targets.

· Provide feedback and coaching to team members.

· Handle customer issues that get escalated.

· Train new team members and keep everyone up-to-date on best practices.

· Monitor performance and report on metrics.

· Help create schedules and manage staffing.

Qualifications:

· 1 years in a leader role, with at least 1 year as a supervisor.

· Great communication and leadership skills.

· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with call center software and Microsoft Office.

· Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
