Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed monthly enrolment targets through effective end-to-end sales management —both individual and team-based.
- Lead and manage a team of approx. 10 sales passionate, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Set clear goals aligned with company objectives and monitor performance metrics.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Conduct reviews and track team performance metrics, report on progress towards goals.
- Contribute individually to key sales initiatives and business growth.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the EdTech industry.
- Represent the team in interdepartmental meetings and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing / Management.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in EdTech sales.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
