Team Leader/Sales

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and exceed monthly enrolment targets through effective end-to-end sales management —both individual and team-based.
  • Lead and manage a team of approx. 10 sales passionate, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Set clear goals aligned with company objectives and monitor performance metrics.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Conduct reviews and track team performance metrics, report on progress towards goals.
  • Contribute individually to key sales initiatives and business growth.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the EdTech industry.
  • Represent the team in interdepartmental meetings and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing / Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in EdTech sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 13 LPA fixed (based on last drawn) + attractive incentives — the more you sell, the more you earn!
