Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Team Manager & Operations Lead to take ownership of daily operations and team leadership.
This role is primarily focused on people management, operations, customer service, and back-office coordination. Watersports experience (boat driving, wakesurf, wakeboard) is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
You will be the key link between clients, coaches, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations, a motivated team, and consistently high service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Culture
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day team management
- Build and maintain strong team morale, discipline, and motivation
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules and rotas
- Be present on-site during operating hours and lead by example
- Guide, support, and coach team members in their roles
- Handle team feedback, conflict resolution, and performance follow-ups
- Lead team meetings and support team-building initiatives
Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all stations
- Oversee bookings, schedules, staffing coverage, and daily workflows
- Handle customer communication (phone, WhatsApp, messages)
- Coordinate bookings, rescheduling, and special requests
- Track daily performance, bookings, sales, and basic KPIs
- Support basic back-office tasks and reporting to management
- Identify operational issues and propose improvements
Customer Service
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team
- Ensure a consistently high-level customer experience
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem-solving professionally
- Ensure communication between coaches and clients is clear and aligned
Equipment & Station Management
- Maintain a hands-on mindset across all stations
- Ensure equipment, boats, and stations are clean, organized, and operational
- Handle basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs
- Monitor inventory and solve equipment or supply needs
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times
Watersports & On-Water Operations (Desirable, Not Mandatory)
- Boat driving and coaching experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to support coaches on the water when needed is a plus
- Understanding of wakesurf/wakeboard, Efoil and kitesurfing operations is beneficial
Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership, supervision, or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mentality with basic technical or maintenance skills
- Comfortable with admin work, tracking performance, and coordination
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English (additional languages like arabic are a plus but not mandatory)
- Watersports experience is desirable but not required

Pay: QAR8,500.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
