Team Member Corporate MIS - Paints HO

Job Purpose: Prepare monthly profitability statement, Preparing the Cost Analysis, Competitor Quarterly Result Analysis , Budget Preparation.

KRAs

• Prepare of Monthly standalone Flash profitability for Chairman office requirement before 4 th of Every month
• Prepare monthly Profit statement (MPS) as per Actual before 10 th of Every month.
• Analysis of monthly performance, profitability, variances, and other key value drivers
• Prepare of monthly Balance sheet and Cash Flow
• Prepare the Latest profit estimate.
• Prepare PBDIT Tallies and CMIS
• Channal/Regions/Unit wise/Category wise EBITDA Numbers
• Prepare Competitor Result Analysis for quarterly
• coordinate with other functions and ensure timely data collection for annual P&B exercise.
• Ensure timely preparation of P&B docket
• To prepare Cost Variance Analysis -SKU Wise, unit wise, Region wise etc.
