Team Member Night Shifts

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in the food industry. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position requires a passion for food, strong time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

The schedule of this position is for NIGHT SHIFTS ( GRAVEYARD)

Looking for availability throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are prepared according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assisting with menu inquiries.
• Upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
• Manage time efficiently to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
• Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
