Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Temenos Infinity / Kony DBX solutions
• Implement and manage Kony Fabric services and integrations
• Integrate digital channels with core banking systems (T24, Finacle, Oracle Core)
• Develop and review REST/SOAP APIs
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance and mentoring
• Support business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story definition
• Oversee deployments, releases, and production support
• Ensure quality standards and prepare technical documentation (FSD, TSD, TDD, CRs)

Requirement & Qualifications

Technical

• Strong experience with Temenos Infinity / Kony Visualizer, Fabric, DBX (MVC/MDA)
• 5+ years in Digital Banking / Enterprise Mobile Applications
• Java SE & Java EE
• REST & SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Core banking integration experience
• Temenos / Kony certifications (Preferred)

Leadership

• Proven technical leadership in banking digital projects
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
