Tech Lead

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic and fast-growing team! . In this strategic leadership role, you'll guide talented engineers, shape technical architecture, and help drive the development of scalable, AI-powered platforms and fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications
• Be a hands-on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes
• Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions
• Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
• Architect full-stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS
• (Preferred) Integrate AI/ML features using Python
• Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead position
• Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworks
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Passion for mentoring, team empowerment, and hands-on coding
• (Preferred) Working knowledge of Python for backend or AI/ML tasks
