Tech-Savvy Sales Representative

Company Overview:

NexAgent is a forward-thinking AI IT consulting firm. We help businesses leverage cutting-edge AI frameworks (LangGraph, n8n, OpenAI) to automate workflows and drive efficiency. We are looking for a tech-savvy Sales Representative to fuel our growth by identifying high-value opportunities across global consulting marketplaces.

Role :

Your primary mission is to act as our "Digital Hunter." You will not wait for leads to come to you; you will actively scan LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other consulting platforms to find businesses seeking AI automation, data analytics, and custom e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Multi-Platform Sourcing:
Identify and qualify B2B leads on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and niche consulting boards.

● Service-Specific Pitching:
Craft tailored pitches for our core offerings:
○ AI Automation: Highlighting ROI in workflow efficiency.
○ n8n Workflows: Specialised automation for complex business logic.
○ Data Analytics: Converting raw data into actionable insights for clients.
○ E-commerce: Building high-conversion, AI-integrated digital stores.

● Proposal Engineering:
Write highly personalised, technical-yet-accessible bids for Upwork and Fiverr projects.

● LinkedIn Social Selling:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to engage with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Founders.

● Lead Sifting:
Differentiate between "low-budget seekers" and "high-value consulting partners" to ensure our engineering team focuses on the right projects.

● Discovery Calls:
Conduct initial screening calls to understand client pain points before handing off to our technical consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● AI & Automation Literacy:
You don't need to code, but you must understand the value of n8n, LLMs, and RAG systems.

● Marketplace Savvy:
Proven track record of winning "Expert Level" jobs on Upwork or maintaining a "Top Rated" presence on Fiverr.

● Outreach Automation:
Experience with tools such as Expandi.io, Browse.ai, or Clay for scaling personalised outreach.

● Technical Communication:
Exceptional written English with the ability to explain complex AI ROI to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:
● Base + High Commission:
Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions on closed consulting contracts.
