Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with Technical leaders to forecast talent requirements and workforce planning.
  • Drive innovative sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices, market trends, and compensation insights.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Implement recruitment tools, technology, and metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • +10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
