Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

Partner with Technical leaders to forecast talent requirements and workforce planning.

Drive innovative sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices, market trends, and compensation insights.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Build and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Implement recruitment tools, technology, and metrics to improve efficiency.

Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Monitor market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

+10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.

Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
