We are a health and wellness company seeking a talented and passionate tech/development intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience while making a real impact on our digital presence.
Position Overview
We're looking for a problem-solving tech intern with strong WordPress and e-commerce experience to help maintain and improve our online systems. This hybrid position offers flexibility with some remote work after onboarding, while maintaining regular in-person collaboration, and Thursday in-person availability.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular website updates and maintenance on WordPress
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Manage and optimize our WooCommerce store functionality
• Handle ShipStation integration and order fulfillment processes
• Work with HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM tasks
• Add and update website content as needed
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement technical improvements
• Monitor website performance and security
• Document processes and maintain technical records

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with:
  • WordPress development and maintenance
  • WooCommerce configuration and management
  • ShipStation integration and operations
  • Preferred, but not required HubSpot platform familiarity
• Ability to read, understand, and debug code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Reliable and detail-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness industry
• SEO knowledge and implementation experience
• Copywriting skills
• Experience with website analytics tools
• Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms
• Basic graphic design skills
• Previous internship or project experience in web development

Work Schedule & Location

• Hybrid position: Mix of remote and in-person work
• Required in-office days:
  • Minimum 2 days per week during training/onboarding period
  • Every Thursday (mandatory)
  • Additional days as needed for team meetings or projects
• After successful onboarding, more flexible remote options available
• Must be able to commute to American Fork, Utah
