Technical Analyst III - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance / SCM)

Key Responsibilities

Design and build complex integrations and technical extensions for D365
Develop and optimize high-volume data interfaces (batch and near real-time)
Ensure solutions are resilient and production-ready using retry, error handling, and reconciliation patterns
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performance and data consistency problems
Partner with PM, Functional and Business Systems teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Create and maintain process documentation for platform features and enhancements
Build pipelines to 3rd party or internal systems
Ensures SOX Compliance is met
Skills, Tools & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and/or SCM)
Advanced SQL skills and strong ERP data model understanding
Experience with D365 integration methods (OData, REST APIs, DMF, batch frameworks)
Familiarity with Azure integration and middleware tools (Logic Apps, Functions, MuleSoft, etc.)
5–8+ years of ERP technical experience, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or high-transaction environments
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills
Ability to prioritise, respond quickly, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a methodical and effective manner
Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment at any stage
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to work collaboratively with others
