Job Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst who will be responsible for testing AI-driven applications, products, and services. The role involves designing and executing test strategies for machine learning models, chatbots, NLP systems, and other AI solutions. You will collaborate with developers, data scientists, and QA teams to validate system functionality, performance, and user experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication to document findings and collaborate with teams
• Ability to design and execute test cases for AI/ML models and applications
• Keen attention to detail and issue tracking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans for AI-powered applications and services
• Test machine learning models, chatbots, NLP systems, and automation workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolutions
• Provide performance and quality reports for AI applications, highlighting risks and metrics
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to ensure fairness, accuracy, and usability of AI systems
• Validate AI solutions against business, ethical, and technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or chatbot systems
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, bug tracking tools, and automation frameworks
• Understanding of AI system performance, scalability, and ethical considerations
• Prior experience in software testing, QA, or AI-based projects will be an advantage
