This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and operational support. While primarily focused on providing technical assistance to users of our AR technology, this position also involves hands-on logistics responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.

  • Provide remote and in-person support.

  • Develop and maintain support documentation.

  • Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts.

  • Receive and process incoming packages.

  • Manage the device loan library, ensuring devices are properly tracked and maintained.

  • Distribute devices to users and manage returns.

  • Work Location: Onsite - 100 percent

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0 - 6 months of experience in a technical support role

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably with hardware experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent

  • Technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience with AR/VR technology is a plus

  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools

    Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely

  • Passion for customer service and commitment to user satisfaction

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)

  • Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques

  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
