Overview We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale solutions across Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

This role blends deep technical expertise with healthcare domain knowledge, enabling unified patient engagement, compliance with healthcare regulations, and scalable Salesforce adoption. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end architecture, guide delivery teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver transformative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations spanning Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Define end-to-end integration strategies between Salesforce and: o CTI systems (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect) o EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner) via HL7, FHIR, or REST APIs o Patient portals, claims, billing, and payer/provider platforms o Marketing automation & engagement tools (Journey Builder, Audience Segments, Einstein Engagement) • Design and implement scalable data models and identity resolution strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified, longitudinal patient profiles.

• Establish data security, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, and governance best practices within Salesforce and integrated ecosystems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to align architecture with strategic goals.

• Provide technical leadership to developers and admins — enforce coding standards, platform limits, DevOps practices, and reusability frameworks.

• Evaluate and integrate AppExchange products and third-party solutions to accelerate delivery. • Facilitate architectural workshops, design reviews, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solution approaches.

• Guide adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (Copado, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

• Explore AI/ML capabilities (Einstein, Agent force, predictive engagement) to enhance patient personalization and clinical decision support. Requirements

• 15+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Health Cloud and proven multi-cloud delivery expertise.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (identity resolution, harmonized data models, segmentation) and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Personalization). • Demonstrated integration experience with CTI systems (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect) and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts).

• Hands-on experience with FHIR/HL7 standards, APIs, Mulesoft, and middleware integration patterns.

• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data interoperability standards.

• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: o Health Cloud Accredited Professional o Data Cloud Consultant o Marketing Cloud Architect or Consultant o Integration Architect (nice to have) • Experience architecting payer and provider solutions (claims, care management, referral management, patient engagement).

• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to translate technical architecture into business impact.
