Technical Architect Team Lead

✨Details Construction is hiring an Architectural Technical Office-Team Leader to join our HQ in Fifth Settlement – New Cairo✨

If you have 4–7 years of experience in fit-out & commercial finishing projects (Retail, F&B, Cafés, Restaurants, Offices, Hospitality) and you know how to lead, coordinate, and deliver fast-track projects with excellence — we want to meet you!

☑️You’ll need:
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
✔️Strong leadership & team management skills.
✔️Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
✔️Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
✔️Knowledge of basic MEP works.

☑️You’ll do:
✔️Lead a team of technical office engineers.
✔️Review drawings, BOQs & V.Os.
✔️Coordinate between site, technical office, designers, clients & landlords.
✔️Manage subcontractors, suppliers & schedules.
✔️Handle the meetings agenda and minutes of meeting.

📍 Work Location: Fifth Settlement – New Cairo (HQ)
🗓 Days Off: Friday & Saturday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
