Architecture Team Lead

Main job duties and responsibilities:

• Studying and reviewing the design stages up to construction documents issued by the Design Consulting Office including the drawings and the technical specifications before issuing them to the site.
• Ability to coordinate all design trades (Arch., Str, MEP) to ensure that they are coordinated.
• Good knowledge of buildings codes and laws
• Coordination with the design consultant in approving any engineering proposals to reduce the value of the implementation cost.
• Confirm and carry out all engineering value work without prejudice to the standard specifications and the Egyptian law.
• Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 10-15 years of experience in the same position.
