Architectural Engineer

About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architecture Production Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural production drawings and documents for multidisciplinary projects. You will work closely with design teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables aligned with project requirements, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Develop and produce architectural drawings and construction documents from concept through to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.
• Review and coordinate architectural layouts, sections, elevations, and details for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Ensure all drawings meet international codes, standards, and local authority regulations.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration across all project drawings.
• Prepare and maintain drawing logs, schedules, and documentation for efficient workflow.
• Review and incorporate comments from design reviews, client feedback, and authority submissions.
• Support site teams during construction by providing clarifications and technical guidance as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with emerging architectural production tools, software, and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in architectural production for large-scale projects 
• Strong proficiency in production software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction materials, and building systems.
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., IBC, NFPA, LEED) and regional authority requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in consultancy or engineering firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex projects under tight deadlines.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Knowledge and Functional Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools (e.g., CostX, Candy, Primavera, SAP, or similar).
• Familiarity with international cost control standards and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
