Technical Assistant - LDAR

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compiling environmental reports and publishing in internal systems of client.
• Writing memo and letters to circulate within the company.
• Assist site environment Engineers in circulating track work orders.
• Tracking call-offs and Invoices.
• Coordination with Security department to ensure material, vehicle & Personnel gate pass continuity.
• Coordinate with IT Dept for IT requirements of the contract.
• Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Kuwait QHSSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSSE procedures and practice

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Higher Secondary School.
• Minimum 5 Yrs of experience in similar capacity (in report keeping/ recording)
• Should be able to work with Excel/ Word and Power Point.

• Must possess good command in English for reading, writing, & oral understanding.
• Must be able to work on Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Must be well acquainted with all office supplies & equipment’s
