1. Commissioning, preparing, quality assuring and drafting briefing material and presentations for the COO in advance of meetings

2. Drafting general replies on the behalf of the COO

3. Minute general meetings and proactively ensuring actions points are delivered on time

4. Communicating with regional offices, clients, suppliers and other staff and to be involved in decision making processes

5. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc.

6. Making decisions and delegating work to others in the COO absence

Education: Graduate
