As a Technical BTP Analyst (SAP HANA Cloud Developer) at Accenture, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into SAP HANA Cloud solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions while providing innovative solutions to work-related challenges. Advanced proficiency in SAP HANA Analytics & Big Data is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP HANA SQL Scripts Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining SAP HANA Cloud-enabled business solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HANA Analytics & Big Data and SAP HANA SQL Scripts Development, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.

• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements, understand stakeholder needs, and validate proposed solutions.

• Develop and present comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, impacts, and feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.

• Continuously evaluate and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Actively participate in team discussions, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.

• Stay updated on the latest SAP HANA Cloud trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in solution delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of [X years] of experience in SAP HANA Cloud development, technical analysis, or solution design.
