About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical & Business Operations Analyst with hands-on experience in PRISM Billing and Bill Cycle Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing incident resolution, handling service requests, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting billing cycles with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor PRISM Billing application performance and ensure smooth bill cycle operations.

Handle incidents, service requests, and provide timely resolutions.

Perform system restoration, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to billing processes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and operational support.

Execute and monitor workarounds to ensure continuity of services.

Support billing cycle planning, validations, and post-billing analysis.

Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and operational guidelines.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience in Bill Cycle Management within PRISM Billing system (mandatory).

Strong understanding of billing operations, workflows, and system behavior.

Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and production support.

Good analytical skills with the ability to understand technical and business impacts.

Ability to prepare documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom billing environments.

Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting is an advantage.

Ability to work in fast-paced production environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹403,445.90 - ₹1,626,181.62 per year
