Technical Compliance Monitoring Team Leader

Antalya, Turkey

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and innovative team member to join our Complaince Monitoring team as Technical Compliance Monitoring Team Leader at our SunExpress Headquarters in Antalya.


Qualifications:


• Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation (Preferably at least 2 years in Compliance Monitoring,

CAMO or Safety environment).

• Has a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic, or other studies

relevant to the initial, maintenance, and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components.

• At least two years of experience in Design, Production, and/or Certification Environment for large

aeroplanes.

• Excellent knowledge of Part-21, Part-M, Part-145 regulations, compliance standards, and regulatory

frameworks.

• Proven leadership in team environments.

• Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills.

• Good level of English in writing and speaking.

• Good at building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and the authority.



Responsibilities:


• Nominated Person (Chief of Independent Monitoring Function) within SunExpress EASA/DGCA

Design Organization and Production Organization.

• Reports to the Head of Design (SunExpress Design Organization – EASA/DGCA) and the Accountable

Manager (SunExpress Production Organization – DGCA), works under the Technical Compliance

Monitoring Manager.

• Establishing an independent quality assurance system to monitor compliance with EASA/DGCA 21

regulations.

• Ensuring that the company's DO and PO properly execute the responsibilities in accordance with the

appropriate regulations of Part-21 & SHT-21 and the organization’s Terms of Approval.

• Plan and perform audits in the scope of design and production organizations.

• Ensuring that auditors are qualified, trained, assessed, and authorized within the design and

production organizations.

• Establishing regular management review meetings with the Head of Design (DO) and the Accountable

Manager (PO) to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.

• Monitoring the amendment of the organization's procedures, standard practices, and their compliance

with the current revision of SHY-21 and Part-21, plus any other applicable regulatory requirement and

guidance material issued by EASA and Turkish DGCA.

• Coordinating with the SMS Department to manage an effective Safety Management System (SMS)

and achieve the organization's safety objectives

• Submission of the DOH and/or POE and any associated amendments to EASA and Turkish DGCA for

approval.

• Responsible for the evaluation of capability list amendment requests submitted by the Production

Manager.

• Responsible for assessing providers of materials, standard parts, components, and contracted

organizations for satisfactory product quality concerning the needs of the organization.

• Issue/renewal/cancellation of production certifying staff authorizations in coordination with the Production Manager.
