Role Details

Role: Technical Consultant

Experience: 3–6 years

Location: Egypt

Education: Graduation in Computer Science (mandatory)

A sneak peek into the role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Technical Consultant who will partner with clients to deploy Seclore’s data-centric security solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor ensuring success at every step of the journey.

Here’s what you will get to explore:

Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend the best solutions.

Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of Seclore products.

Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and redeployments with minimal client disruption.

Perform system health checks, performance reviews, and optimization.

Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues across Windows/Linux servers, databases, and networking.

Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients and internal teams.

Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, project books, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices.

Act as the technical liaison between clients and Seclore’s product/engineering teams.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in deployments.

We can see the next Entrepreneur at Seclore if you have:

Strong experience in technical consulting, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

Solid knowledge of web servers, app servers, SSL, server infrastructure, and networking concepts.

Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).

Ability to design and document client environments for Seclore deployments.

Knowledge of databases (Oracle/MSSQL), Docker containerization, and scripting (Shell, PowerShell).

Industry certifications (MCSE, MCP, RHEL) are a strong plus.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices during upgrades and deployments.

Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client interaction skills.
