Technical Consultant - HR Automation (Arabic)

We have a requirement for a consultant to oversee our HR automation and AI-related projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR and ERP systems , particularly in managing project workflows and business requirements. He will work closely with our HR team to assess our services, coordinate with the ERP team, and identify implementation needs and priorities.

This role will serve as the primary liaison between our department, the ERP team, and the automation/AI team supplier.

Position: Technical Consultant (Freelance – 6-Month Contract)

Technical Consultant to support and oversee key HR projects, including ERP implementation, AI-driven automation, and the digital transformation of HR services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Solid background in HR projects, especially automation and AI tools
• Ability to manage and supervise automation and AI initiatives
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of HR workflows and technology integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise AI and automation projects within the HR department
• Ensure alignment between HR operations and ERP configurations
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to implement effective solutions
• Track project progress, manage risks, and report updates to management

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 6 months
• Monthly Salary: QAR 12,000 – 14,000 based on experience
