Fiserv APAC Delivery Services works with clients across Asia Pacific to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end banking solutions. As a seasoned consultant, you will lead the development team working on medium-large IT delivery projects and ensure that quality, timelines and cost KPIs are met.

Candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in a relevant IT discipline and have at least 5 years experience working in a similar organization, with a good working knowledge of banking applications. 5 to 8 years experience leading development teams working on medium-large IT delivery projects. The candidate is expected to work independently, is pro-active and ensures the delivery KPI – Quality, Timelines and Cost.

Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • This position requires detailed working knowledge on banking applications and architecture, and software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Has a positive, pro-active and take-charge attitude
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, and organization
• Liaise with internal and external clients
• Analyse clients’ existing system
• Be hands on and involved in providing user support which requires investigation and troubleshooting issues
• Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business sustainability
• Hands on individual and be able to work with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on their technical aspects

Core specific Technical Skillset required :

• 7+ years of experience in Java development
• 5+ years of experience in .Net development particularly in C# WinForms (prefer version 3.5 or higher)
• Need to have good debugging and problem solving skills
• Should have good understanding of Framework and Design Patterns and able to understand complex Architectural aspects

Experience and Essential Knowledge/Skills

• Openshift or Open Container Platform Experience

• RUP, Agile and Waterfall development experience
• Good communication skills in English

Advantageous:

• Preferably with strong knowledge in Signature and T4S Application
• Retail Banking domain experience
• Leadership and management experience

Good to have:

• Unit Tests, Visual Studio 2013+, Microsoft Reporting or Crystal Reports, XML, WCF, MVVM
• IIS 6/7 configuration including certificates for SSL
• InstallShield 2010 or 2013
• Experience in developing complex multi-tiered applications (web and/or desktop)
• Source control like GitHub and Docker
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of Integration and unit test and test driven development practices
• Strong integration design and development experience
