Develop and produce high-quality technical content including blog posts, product guides, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, and video scripts.

Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to understand products, updates, and technical details.

Translate technical concepts into user-friendly and engaging materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Create content that aligns with SEO best practices and supports lead generation goals.

Ensure all technical materials are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with brand tone and messaging.

Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify new content opportunities.

Support the creation of visual and multimedia content (infographics, tutorials, demo videos, etc.) in collaboration with the design team.

Review and edit existing content for clarity, accuracy, and technical correctness.

Maintain a structured repository of technical documents and content assets.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in technical content creation, technical writing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or telecommunications (depending on your company’s field).

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging, and audience-appropriate way.

Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools.

Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
