Technical Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain learning aids, Intercom articles, FAQs, and help-centerdocumentation.
• Write clear, concise, and user-focused technical content to enhance customer understanding of software features.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product, and support teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all materials.
• Create video tutorials, feature walkthroughs, and onboarding guides for clients.
• Standardize writing tone, terminology, and style across all client-facing materials.
• Monitor content engagement and feedback through Intercom and propose improvements based on user insights.
• Maintain version control and ensure documentation reflects software updates and new releases.
• Assist in scripting and storyboarding multimedia training resources.
• Participate in QA and UAT sessions to document new features and produce corresponding client guides.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Technical Communication, Instructional Design, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or instructional content creation (experience with SaaS or logistics software preferred).
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Intercom, Loom, or similar documentation and communication tools.
• Proficiency in creating and editing video tutorials using tools like Camtasia or ScreenPal.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration skills.
