Technical Content Writer

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 2–4 years of experience to create high-quality, engaging, and accurate content for our IT and software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology, software development concepts, and digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit technical content including blogs, website copy, product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Simplify complex technical information into clear, engaging content for various audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all content.
• Create SEO-optimized content that supports marketing campaigns and improves search rankings.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a technical or content writer in the IT/software industry.
• Strong understanding of software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
