Technical Content Writer

Fiverivers technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating clear, engaging, and technically sound documentation for Data-driven and AI-based SaaS products. As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality technical content that simplifies complex topics, supports product development, and enhances the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical content for Data-related SaaS and AI-based SaaS products, including user manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and product guides.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather technical information and transform it into user-friendly content.
  
• Create content that is clear, concise, and tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Develop and maintain content for internal tools, such as product wikis and knowledge sharing platforms.
  
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all technical documentation.
  
• Continuously improve content based on user feedback and team collaboration.
  
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure all content remains current and relevant.
  
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, case studies, and white papers to support product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on technical writing experience in a SaaS or AI-based environment.
  
• Strong understanding of Data-related SaaS products and AI technologies.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for a variety of audiences.
  
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, GitHub, etc.).
  
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  
• Familiarity with SEO and web-based content writing best practices.
  
• A portfolio of previous technical writing samples is required.
  

• Experience with machine learning, data engineering, or cloud-based technologies.
  
• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and Agile methodologies.
  
• Ability to create engaging visual content (diagrams, infographics) to support written documentation.
