Technical Content Writer – Full Time (In-House)

Crescentic Digital is a Karachi-based Ecommerce Design & Development Agency specializing in Magento design, development, customization, and marketing services. We help bring our clients’ vision to life and fuel ecommerce growth.
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and accurate content related to technology and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical writing, strong English communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts while working closely with technical and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish high-quality technical content for blogs, websites, product pages, and documentation.
• Convert technical briefs into structured articles, guides, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure technical accuracy.
• Edit, proofread, and improve existing content.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices.
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and formatting across all content.
• Handle multiple content tasks under tight deadlines.
• Able to write proposals and technical documents

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Writing Skills

• Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured content on topics like web development, e-commerce, Magento, WordPress, APIs, etc.
• Experience writing blogs, product descriptions, documentation, SOPs, release notes, and training materials.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical readers.
• Strong command of SEO-based writing, keyword placement, and content optimization.

Ecommerce & Development Knowledge

• Familiarity with Magento 2, WordPress, and general web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS — basic understanding).
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and website architecture is a plus.

Research & Documentation

• Ability to research industry topics and generate original, plagiarism-free content.
• Experience in creating technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and instructional content.
• Can write technical proposals for clients.

Tools & Systems

• Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Word, Grammarly, SurferSEO, or similar.
• Experience with Git, Jira/Trello, or CMS editors (WordPress) is a plus.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience writing for tech companies, SaaS platforms, or ecommerce agencies.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and frontend/backend basics.
• Ability to create video scripts, email content, and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
