Position Title: Technical Content WriterAbout the Role

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT concepts, and a passion for creating impactful marketing content that bridges technical expertise with creative storytelling. You will play a vital role in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, datasheets, solution overviews, and presentations that clearly communicate complex products and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and product presentations.

· Translate complex technical and software concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather insights and define key messaging.

· Write compelling narratives that showcase client challenges, solution approaches, and business impact.

· Ensure all materials reflect the company’s brand tone, visual identity, and strategic direction.

· Support marketing campaigns, bids, and proposals with tailored technical content.

· Maintain an updated library of marketing and product documentation.

· Research competitors and market trends to refine messaging and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or Marketing.

· 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, marketing communications, or product content creation.

· Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT concepts.

· Proven ability to develop professional marketing collaterals for technology or digital products.

· Exceptional English writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Ability to present complex topics in a simple, audience-friendly manner.

· Familiarity with IT, SaaS, EdTech, or digital transformation industries.

· Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Canva.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
