The Technical Content Writer will translate Woilink’s features into clear, user-friendly documentation, blogs, help articles, and onboarding content.

Key Responsibilities

-Write SEO-friendly blogs and feature articles

-Create product documentation & help center articles

-Write onboarding emails, FAQs, and how-to guides

-Convert raw product notes into polished content

-Update content based on feature changes

-Collaborate with SEO Lead for keyword alignment

Required Skills & Experience

-2– 4 years experience in SaaS or tech content writing

-Excellent English writing skills (clarity > creativity)

-Ability to understand software products quickly

-Experience writing tutorials, product guides, and blogs

-Basic SEO understanding

-KPIs

-Number of publish-ready articles per month

-Content quality score (minimal revisions)

-Time taken from brief to delivery

Reporting To

-Content & SEO Lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
