We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the technical operations of various projects, ensuring that resources, timelines, and technical requirements are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on technical support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and understanding of project needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation for all technical processes, systems, and configurations. Prepare regular reports for internal teams and management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technical outputs meet the required quality standards and are aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a technical coordination or similar role within Joinery and Interior fit-out.
- Technical Skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze technical problems, and propose practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of technical coordination are handled thoroughly and accurately
