Field Coordinator

• Daily Attendance
• AMC Contract Follow up and renewals
• Quotation for New AMC, Service and Repairs
• Prepare Technical Reports
• Register Management
• Service reports, Call back reports and work completion closure
• Attentive to Client mails and responses
• Coordinate with Field team and keep track of works
• Prepare monthly Route plans for Service and Repairs
• Updates in ERP and Tracking
• Report to Management - Weekly / Monthly
• Follow up for Quotes and close service sales orders
• Tracking Work completion and submission of Invoices to Clients
• Other general coordination with multiple departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Work: 3 years (Required)
