Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to oversee and manage daily technical operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Technical Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Conateco LLC’s reputation for excellence in technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects, service requests, and operational workflows.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of technical documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Support procurement and inventory management of technical equipment and resources.
• Prepare reports on technical performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical coordination, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of technical processes, project workflows, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
