Job Overview
We are hiring a Technical Delivery Lead – ATM & Switch Systems to manage end-to-end delivery of Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives within the Bank’s Cards & Payments ecosystem.
The role will lead technical delivery across ATM platforms, Card Switch, Card Management System (CMS), card schemes, OmanNet, payment gateways, POS acquiring, and tokenization solutions — from solution design through go-live and structured handover to production support (RTB).
Key Responsibilities
- Own CTB roadmap for ATM, Switch, CMS, and payment platforms
- Lead platform upgrades, modernization, and new payment capabilities
- Deliver regulatory and scheme-mandated initiatives
- Manage integrations including:
- Card schemes (e.g., MasterCard)
- OmanNet services
- Payment gateways
- POS acquiring and merchant integrations
- Tokenization
- Oversee ATM platform upgrades and new services (IRIS 5 preferred)
- Lead switch enhancements, routing logic, and transaction flow changes
- Manage CMS configurations (card lifecycle, limits, fees, controls)
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, certifications, and production releases
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure complete documentation and clean handover to RTB teams
- Act as primary technical escalation point during delivery
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of banking IT experience in Cards & Payments
- Strong exposure to:
- ATM platforms (IRIS 5 preferred)
- Card Switching Systems
- Card Management Systems (CMS)
- Scheme certifications (MasterCard preferred)
- OmanNet integrations
- Payment gateways
- POS acquiring
- Tokenization
- Proven experience delivering:
- Platform upgrades & migrations
- Regulatory and scheme-mandated changes
- New payment and acquiring capabilities
- Strong vendor and multi-party integration management experience
- Demonstrated success in structured go-lives and RTB handovers
