We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead – ATM & Switch Systems to drive end-to-end delivery of change initiatives across the Bank’s cards and payments ecosystem. The role will lead technical implementation covering ATM platforms, card switch, Card Management System (CMS), payment gateways, POS integrations, and card scheme initiatives while ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of change initiatives across ATM, switch, CMS, and payment platforms.
  • Own the CTB delivery roadmap aligned with the Bank’s cards and payments strategy.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
  • Manage ATM upgrades, switch enhancements, CMS configurations, and new payment capabilities.
  • Lead integrations with card schemes, payment gateways, POS acquiring, tokenization, and OmanNet.
  • Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal infrastructure, network, and security teams.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, certifications, testing cycles, and production rollouts.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery issues across initiatives.
  • Ensure complete documentation, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer to RTB teams.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point and drive cross-team collaboration.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in banking IT with strong exposure to:
  • ATM platforms (IRIS 5 preferred)
  • Card switching systems
  • Card Management Systems (CMS)
  • Card schemes & certification processes (Mastercard preferred)
  • Tokenization and digital payment capabilities
  • OmanNet integrations
  • Payment gateway platforms
  • POS acquiring integrations
  • Proven experience delivering CTB initiatives including platform upgrades, migrations, and regulatory changes.
  • Strong vendor management and multi-system integration experience.
  • Demonstrated success in structured go-lives and clean handover to production support teams.
