Tech@Lilly is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to drive cross-functional technology delivery across the Medicines Development (Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), Global Scientific Communications (GSC) and Global Statistical Sciences (GSS)) portfolio. Are you energized by leading complex technical programs at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI/automation, regulatory science, and clinical development? What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Delivery Manager within Tech@Lilly, you will own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives that support regulatory submissions, statistical computing, and clinical development workflows. You will operate at the center of a complex portfolio spanning AI/automation programs, cloud platform modernization, data pipeline architecture, and regulatory technology — coordinating across business stakeholders, product managers, internal engineering teams, external vendors and consulting partners, and horizontal platform organizations. You are expected to be technically fluent: able to evaluate architecture decisions, pressure-test engineering estimates, understand cloud infrastructure trade-offs, and ensure that what gets built is not only delivered on time but is technically sound, scalable, and maintainable.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$124,500 - $182,600
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
